Sweat It

As the weather is warming up, I decide it’s time to start paying more attention to my health. I’m motivated to work a little harder and get more serious with my workouts. There are so many reasons why we should take care of our bodies. My favorite reason to go exercise is usually because.. I promised myself I would do it!

What are your fitness goals?

Mine are to go swimming a few times each week (in the ocean), finally do the splits (just realized that last time i did them i was 9 years old in ballet class), do more pilates/yoga, and master the headstand.
